Prototypes

Prototypes can be provided for evaluation before “steel is cut” for tooling. These prototypes can closely approximate the performance of the actual stamping for testing.

Assembly

Multi-component mechanical and welded assemblies are our specialty. We can provide all of the components, or you can supply one or more and we will assemble with our stamping, saving time, money and confusion.

Stone City is committed to the Metal Building industry, so we will develop a custom stocking program to meet your specific needs. Quality Control

Stone City Products' tool and die department assures precision production with its maintenance, repair and rebuilding capabilities. Throughout the manufacturing process Statistical Process Control (SPC) is used to monitor the process and assure that any variations are quickly corrected before they approach the tolerance limits.

Stone City Products has recently upgraded its QS-9000 Certification and is now a registered ISO-9001:2000 supplier. ISO-9001:2000 is an international standard that provides for continuous improvement with emphasis on defect prevention and reduction of variation and waste.
