At Stone City Products, Statistical Process Control (SPC) is used to head off problems before they become problems. Visual display of continuously collected data detects "early warning" variations in manufacturing, which are quickly corrected to maintain consistent product quality well within specification tolerances.

Quality is assured on both tooling and products by collecting data with our state-of-the-art Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM). In addition, our extensive tool and die department, which includes a 15 ton overhead crane, allows for meticulous maintenance and repair of dies of nearly any size, shape or origin.
